Workers’ Compensation and Social Security
Initially you will speak with one of our highly trained staff about the nature of your problem. Once the background information is obtained the staff person will speak with an attorney to determine whether this is a matter of which we can be of assistance. If so, an attorney from our office will contact you for a free initial consultation in a Workers’ Compensation or Social Security case.
After your phone conference, you and the attorney will determine whether you wish to come for an in-person office meeting. After that discussion, you will both determine how you wish to proceed.
As we work on a contingent fee basis in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security cases, you do not pay any attorney fees out of pocket. We are paid from the proceeds of a settlement or after an agreement with or order against a workers’ compensation insurance company. Our fee in a Social Security case is automatically withheld from your retroactive benefit payment.

If further consultation is necessary, the attorney will advise you of the fee. The fees vary depending on the nature and complexity of the case. In some instances, the fee will be charged hourly and in other cases there is one flat fee that covers all the agreed upon work to be done on the case.
