Since 1996, The Law Offices of Juliane Soprano have concentrated in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Law. The firm also provides Employment Law services and works closely with various unions and trade groups such as the Massachusetts Nursing Association, Airline Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
Attorney Soprano received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, CA in 1990. She is a member of the bar in Massachusetts and California. In 1996 she opened her own practice in Falmouth, MA, and the firm now has offices in Falmouth, Dennis and Plymouth.
Attorney Soprano is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). In 2014 she was named one of the Top 100 Workers’ Compensation Lawyers in the U.S. by the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group, and one of Massachusetts Best Lawyers for the last five consecutive years. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1996 after attending Southern New England School of Law, Attorney Clymer joined the firm in 2015. She has a deep understanding of appellate law having spent the last 15 years in solo practice in Falmouth, MA, during which time she successfully argued numerous cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial and Appellate Courts. Her expert research and advocacy skills are well suited to the Social Security and Worker’s Compensation practices. Attorney Clymer is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, Plymouth District Bar Association and the Barnstable Bar Association.
She is presently a member of the Board of Directors for the Falmouth Housing Trust and a volunteer attorney for WE CAN.
